As a Practice Manager or Receptionist, there is no change to your workflow.
However, we do suggest that when patients book an appointment that you tell them to expect an SMS from BetterConsult and to follow the instructions in the SMS.
We provide your practice with an A2 poster to put up in the waiting room and an A4 strut card to place on the reception desk which explains BetterConsult to your patients.
We also have created a 1 page flyer that your receptionist should hand to patients if they haven't filled out the questionnaire before arriving at the practice. The flyer explains the benefits of BetterConsult and instructions on the steps to follow.
