How do I view the BetterConsult output within the practice management software?

BetterConsult does not require you to change your normal consultation workflow.

Simply open up the patient record as you normally would.

1. If your patient has completed the BetterConsult questionnaire you will see a notification popup in the bottom right hand of your screen. Simply click on the notification to access the BetterConsult notes using the BetterConsult App.
2. Review the notes and when you’re ready click on the “Copy notes” button, or move your mouse over a specific section and click “Copy section”. Close the BetterConsult App by clicking the “X” button.
3. Paste the BetterConsult notes into your patient record by clicking Control-V or using the right mouse button and clicking “Paste”.
4. To access BetterConsult during the consultation, simply click on the BetterConsult icon in your Taskbar.
