Installation is handled by HealthShare, the creator of the BetterConsult product. It is a one-time process.
HealthShare's support team will liaise with your practice's IT team to install the BetterConsult connector on to your server, enabling BetterConsult to send SMS messages to patients automatically.
The installation process takes around 3 minutes.
There are no changes made to your practice's core systems or workflows.
HealthShare will also work with your Practice Manager and support staff to ensure they understand the system and are ready to answer any patient or doctor questions that may arise.
