Are BetterConsult patient records deleted?

Patients own their personally identifiable information entered through the BetterConsult questionnaire and can request deletion of this data at any time. In order to request deletion, patients can email our support team at support@betterconsult.com.

Unless deletion is requested by the patient, data is kept indefinitely and is made accessible to clinical users through searching within the BetterConsult application.
